At present time the tasks have already been fulfilled.
At the same time, existence of the formations of the National Guard has escalated the socio-political and criminal situation in Abkhazia. The personnel of National Guard of Georgia, during its stay in Abkhazia, have committed several especially dangerous crimes – murders, robberies, thefts, etc.
The Supreme Council of Abkhazia takes all the necessary measures on normalization of the situation in the republic but further deployment of the National Guard of Georgia in Abkhazia will impede the stabilization of situation.
In this regard, The Supreme Council of Abkhazia, in compliance with
the agreements, considers it necessary to withdraw the units of the National
Guard of Georgia from the
